My experience with the doctor was fine. However, communication between the front desk and the billing department needs to be fine tuned. I paid too much for my first visit. Later, I contacted the billing department and received a credit on my account. Upon my second visit, the front desk requested payment. She was directed to contact billing to confirm my credit. There should be some way the front desk can view online account information without having to leave the post to confirm a patient's account.
